Retained Fee Search

We offer a retained fee search option which allows for a more dedicated search. With our retained option, you are guaranteed that our recruiting agents will work daily on filling your open positions. The monthly retainer fee is 1% of the target salary of the position to be filled with a minimum of $500. Discounts will be given for multiple searches. There will also be a final placement fee of 6% for each successfully filled position.
